New Patient Appointment (75-90 min): $200
Established Patient Appointment (50-60 min): $120

Any HSA Plan
If your insurer is not listed above, I will be happy to provide a statement with the necessary procedural and diagnostic codes for you to submit for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits.

Parking
There are four parking spots located on the east side of the building in the alley. Please feel free to park here for your appointment if you need to avoid using the stairs due to mobility issues. Otherwise, there is ample free street parking California Ave SW and SW Brandon St.
